Before you count participation
The ALUCP is re-evaluating all certified firms under the 2025 federal interim final rule. According to the ALUCP, DBE participation will not count towards DBE goals until the re-evaluation process is complete. Confirm each firm's current status with the ALUCP and your contracting agency.
